Summary:
The Housing and Community Development Department desires to continue the services of Inalbert Ramos as the Grants Administrator II (contract) responsible for managing the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). This position is funded with NSP Program Income revenue. The period of the agreement is from October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015 at a salary of $48,630.40 which includes an anticipated 2% increase.

Recommended Action:
Approve the Employment Agreement and authorize signature by the Mayor/Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk, subject to satisfactory review by the City Attorney's office.
