The site is +/-1.43 acres; District 1.

Request for approval of a Specific Parcel Master Plan (SPMP) for a 35,554 square foot lodging facility with 40 rooms.

Accept the meeting minutes and approve the actions of the Southeast TDRC, as reflected in the August 14, 2014 minutes.
