First Amendment to the Kittinger F-4 Park Agreement
Summary:
The City, GOAA and Kittinger F-4 Park, Inc., "Kittinger", entered into the Kittinger F-4 Park Agreement, "Agreement", on April 15, 2014.  Kittinger desires to locate the jet installation further south to allow for a better viewing position and to increase the maximum allowed height.  City staff have reviewed this request and have no objection. The Agreement remains in full force and effect in all other respects.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached First Amendment and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
