Employment Contract for Construction Inspector I - Building - Brian Moss

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to the improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Mr. Brian Moss to fill one Construction Inspector I - Contract position. Mr. Moss will perform building field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY2014 and FY2015 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about August 13, 2014 and ending August 12, 2015.
