The Procurement and Contracts Division and Greenwood Cemetery have evaluated these bids and recommend award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Quality Vaults, Inc. of Ocoee, FL, for the purchase of opening and closing of burial sites services.

The contract term is three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional years or portions thereof, up to a cumulative total of five (5) years. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding. Based on prior usage reports and information provided by the primary user, the estimated annual expenditure is $208,290.00.

Approval of award to Quality Vaults, Inc. and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to enter into an agreement and subsequent renewals with Quality Vaults, Inc. as indicated above in the amount of $208,290.00, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney’s Office.
