Summary:
The Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District's (DSNID) advisory council met on July 16, 2014 to discuss potential staffing needs and the annual income statement.  Attached are the the meeting minutes of this meeting for consideration by the DSNID Board of Directors, which is comprised of the individuals serving on the City Council.

Recommended Action:
Accept the meeting minutes of the Downtown South Neighborhood Improvement District (DSNID) Advisory Council for its July 16, 2014 meeting, and appropriate filing by the City Clerk.
