Employee Contract for Construction Inspector I - Contract - Andrew Brenner

Summary:
The Permitting Services Division is responsible for ensuring development occurs in compliance with life-safety, Building Code and Municipal code standards. Due to the improvement in the economy and an increase in construction activity, Permitting is requesting the approval of contracting Mr. Andrew Brenner to fill one Construction Inspector I - Contract position. Mr. Brenner will perform electrical field inspections to ensure new constructions/renovations of structures are in compliance with all national, state, and local codes. This position is included in the FY2013 and FY2014 budgets as a full-time, contract position. This agreement is for a one-year period, beginning on or about July 28, 2014 and ending July 27, 2015.
