Orange County 2014 Cultural Facilities Grant Agreement - Lake Eola Amphitheater Sound Board

Summary:
On May 13, 2014 the Orange County Board of County Commissioners approved the  Arts and Cultural Affairs Advisory Council's FY 2014 Cultural Facilities  program recommendation for funding a $25,000 grant to the City of Orlando for a new sound board for the Lake Eola Amphitheater.  The total cost of the soundboard and installation is $50,000, with $25,000 coming from the Cultural Facilities grant and the remaining match from CRA funds and funds that have already been raised for Lake Eola Park by the Orlando Community & Youth Trust.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Project Agreement and authorize the Mayor or mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval of form and legality by the City Attorney Office and the Grants Development Supervisor.
