Summary:
A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued May 22, 2014 to select a qualified firm to provide demolition services and site reconstruction for the Round Building located at 455 South Orange Avenue. Five (5) responses were received and two (2) were deemed non-responsive.
The Advisory Committee is comprised of the following individuals:

Recommended Action:
Approval of the Advisory Committee's ranking with authorization for the Chief Procurement Officer to negotiate and execute a contract with the Proposers in ranked order, as identified above, until the successful execution of a contract. The final contract will be subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office. |
