Amendment to Overhead and Underground Easement
Summary:
Discovery Education Properties at Technology, LLC, as current Owner and Grantor, and the City and OUC, as Grantees, entered into an Overhead and Underground Easement dated January 20, 1984, which was modified by a Partial Release of Easement dated July 30, 2001.  The attached Amendment to Overhead and Underground Easement simply clarifies and corrects the Easement area to reflect the actual location of the infrastructure installed by OUC.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Amendment to Overhead and Underground Easement and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
