Summary:
In 1991, Turkey Lake Shopping Center, Inc. entered into a Stipulation with the City for the establishment of access easements over a portion of its property to benefit an adjoining piece of property. Pursuant to the Stipulation, Turkey Lake also executed a Declaration of Access Easement. Equity One now owns fee simple title to both properties and is in the process of re-platting the entire site in conjunction with which, they will create new, reciprocal access easements. Therefore Equity One has requested authority to terminate the Stipulation and the Access Easement so as to clear title to the property for replatting and development. |
