Summary:
A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Boynton Place.   This is a request to replat a developed property as a condition  of a recent mediated settlement agreement
between the owner and the City of Orlando. The subject property is generally located south of E. Livingston Street, east of Rosalind Avenue and west of Broadway Avenue and is approximately 0.361 ac. (SUB2013-00059).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
