Summary:
Pursuant to GOAA's charter and the attached memorandum dated April 4, 2014 to the Mayor and City Commissioners, GOAA has requested that City Council approve the following items approved by GOAA at its March 19, 2014 meeting (draft minutes attached):
Item F - concur in the use of Orlando Executive Airport (OEA) revenue funds in a not-to-exceed amount of $82,522.00 for non-budgeted expenditures related to Joint Participation Agreement FM Nos. 247825 ($19,122.00) and 247828 ($63,400.00).
Item M - concur in the approval of a lease having a term in excess of 10 years, specifically, the 8th Amendment to the Fixed Base Operator Lease Agreement with Signature Flight Support Corporation to incorporate Hangar Building 462 into the lease for the remaining term.
Item U - concur in the approval of a lease having a term in excess of 10 years, specifically, the Consent to Assignment of the Fixed Base Operator Lease Agreement from Galaxy to Atlantic Aviation Orlando, LLC and a Master Lease Confirmation (a lessor estoppel statement).
