Summary:
A request for final approval of a minor plat titled Lincoln Cottages. This is a three lot plat to allow for future single-family development. This plat was previously titled Harvard & DePauw Replat and was approved as a plat with modifications at the July 2013 Municipal Planning Board hearing.  The subject property is generally located south of W. Princeton Street, east of Edgewater Drive and west of Interstate 4 and is approximately 0.357 ac. (SUB2013-00026).

Recommend approval of the final minor subdivision plat subject to satisfactory review by City Staff and authorized signature of the Mayor, Planning Official, City Engineer, City Surveyor and City Clerk.
