ATT Telecommunications Easement @ Lorna Doone Park.
Summary:
The City is constructing portions of the West Church Streetscape project adjacent to Lorna Doone Park.  ATT has communication facilities in the existing West Church Street right-of-way that need relocating to complete the City's project. 
 
The easement area is a 7 foot wide strip located along the north side of West Church Street (the south  boundary of Lorna Doone Park).   The easement allows ATT to construct one buried cable and one above ground distribution box.

No Fiscal Impact.
Recommended Action:
Approve easement in substantially the form attached; approve Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute; and approve recording in the Orange County Public Records.
