The attached ordinance amends the future land use category and zoning categories for property located at 801 Vassar Street, approximately 0.179 acres (Vassar). The property is currently developed with a single family home. The applicant is planning to obtain permits to convert the house to an office.

The Municipal Planning Board recommended approval of the GMP amendment to amend the future land use designation of 801 Vassar Street from Residential Medium Intensity to Office Low Intensity (GMP2013-00031), amend the zoning designation from R-3B/T/W/SP/AR to O-1/T/W/SP/AR (ZON2013-00030) on February 18, 2014. The first reading of Ordinance No. 2014-11 was heard at the March 31, 2014 City Council meeting.

Adopt the attached ordinance number 2014-11 and authorize the Major and City Clerk or Major Pro Tempore and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City upon final review and approval by the City Attorney.
