Release of Easement - Education Village Phase 2
Summary:
Narcoossee Land Holding Two, LLC and Racetrac Petroleum, Inc. have requested that OUC and the City of Orlando release an easement that was originally granted at no cost to OUC on September 13, 2013.  A new easement will be granted to OUC and the City for new OUC facilities in the area.  The easement being released is located west of Narcoossee Road and south of Tagore Lane.

Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Release of Easement (Potable Water Easement - Education Village Phase 2) and authorization for the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
