The applicant proposes to reconfigure two lots of an existing shopping center plat, in order to increase the size of lot 2 for redevelopment under SUB2013-00039. The site is located at 4720 & 4792 S. Kirkman Road, north of the Florida Turnpike, east of Turkey Lake Road, south of Conroy Road and west of S. Kirkman Road on approximately 11.81 acres.
