Summary:

City Services/Sidewalk Easements within the Ravinia at East Park Subdivision along Town Lake Drive & Sunset Ridge Lane adjacent to lots 1 through 69. The easements are being granted in order to provide sufficient area to plant street trees along the right-of-way of each lot.

Fiscal & Efficiency Data:
Developer will fund and plant trees. Public Works will assume responsibility of right-of-way maintenance after completion. Maintenance is covered under program 728 budget.
Recommended Action:
Approval of City Services/Sidewalk Easements and authorization for the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute same, subject to review by the City Attorney's Office.
