Sewer Line Easement Agreement between Universal City Development Partners and City of Orlando
Summary:
Universal City Development Partners, Ltd., "Universal", has relocated a sewer line in conjunction with the development of a hotel facility at its theme park.  City and Universal agree that a portion of the relocated sewer line should be a part of the City-maintained wastewater system in the area. The attached Easement Agreement provides for Universal's transfer of the agreed upon portion of the sewer line to the City and the City's assumption of ownership and maintenance obligations.  
Fiscal & Efficiency Data: The sewer line will be maintained per Fund Number 441.
Recommended Action:
Approval of the attached Easement Agreement and authorization for the Mayor of Mayor Pro Tem to execute same, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney's Office.
