Summary:
On July 22, 2013, City Council approved, as part of the FY 2013-2014 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development Programs, a request from
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of
Greater Atlanta, Inc.
formerly d/b/a
CredAbility; now merged with and
d/b/a Clearpoint Financial Solutions, Inc.,
for CDBG funding in the amount of Ten Thousand and Twenty Dollars and No Cents ($10,020.00).
Clearpoint Financial Solutions, Inc.
will use this funding to provide Pre-Purchase and Mortgage Default Housing Counseling to low and moderate income households in the City of Orlando.

Recommended Action:
Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement with Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Atlanta, Inc., d/b/a Clearpoint Financial Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $10,020.00 after review of the documents by the City Attorney's office.
