Summary:
Establishing a Canvassing Board for the April 8, 2014 City of Orlando election and the May 8, 2014 run-off election (if needed).  Section 21.12 of the City Code states that there shall be a City Canvassing Board to canvas the returns in municipal elections.  Such City Canvassing Board shall consist of the City Clerk and two (2) members of the City Council to be designated by the Council.  Recommended Council members are Commissioner Patty Sheehan and Commissioner Tony Ortiz.

Recommended Action:
Approval of Commissioner Patty Sheehan and Commissioner Tony Ortiz to serve as members of the Canvassing Board for the April 8, 2014 City of Orlando election and the May 6, 2014 run-off election (if needed).
