AppApproval of Community Redevelopment Agency Budget Amendment Three and adoption of Budget Resolution Three, amending the 2013-2014 Community Redevelopment Agency Budget to include the items stated in the Resolution and authorization of expenditures from the Downtown Orlando Community Redevelopment Trust Fund of up to $600,000 for such project.
