Ordinance Amending Chapter 51 - Registration of Solicitors and Requests for City Funds
Summary:
This amendment to sections of City Code Chapter 51 is intended to update and simplify the process the Families, Parks and Recreation Department Board uses to make grants, as described in Sections 51.11 through 51.13. It also deletes Section 51.14, which incorrectly references a separate section of the Chapter pertaining to the Orlando Police Department, and deletes Section 51.15 in its entirety as it is no longer current practice.
