Two Underground Telecommunications Easements for ATT @ Mills Park & Loch Haven Park
Summary:
ATT requests two underground telecommunications easements for City-owned property. 
 
The first easement is to serve the Mills Park, mixed use development; crossing under the City-owned Dinky Line bike path from Haven Drive, north of Virginia Avenue. 
 
The second easement is to serve City-owned Orlando Museum of Art in Loch Haven Park; crossing under a sidewalk along Mills Avenue; south of East Rollins Street.

FIS attached.
Recommended Action:
Approval of both Easements in substantially the forms attached; approve the Mayor/Pro Tem and City Clerk to execute both; and approve ATT recording both conveyance documents in the Orange County Public Records.
